No fewer than 270 stranded Nigerians are about now on their way to Abuja from Egypt due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
This was disclosed on the Twitter handle of Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM).

According to the commission, “270 Stranded Nigerians departed Cairo Egypt via @eayptair for Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja with two other Nationals.
“The flight is expected to arrive around 6:00 pm local time today”(Friday).
“All evacuees tested negative for #COVID-19.
