President Muhammadu Buhari has met with a delegation from Borno and Yobe States.
The delegation was led by Governors Mai-Mala Buni of Yobe State and Babagana Zulum of Borno State respectively.
The meeting which held on Tuesday at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja, is believed to be mostly about security issues and the alleged infrastructural deficit in the states.
Also present at the meeting were the former Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima; Ministers of State for Agriculture, Mustapha Shehuri; and the Minister of State for Works and Housing, Abubakar Aliyu.
Others also present includes the Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari and Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar; Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (Rtd) and the Director-General of State Security Service, Yusuf Bichi.
