Again, Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Brown lands in trouble

Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Alade Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, has once again landed herself in trouble.

She has been dragged to the police in Ghana by her friend, Derrick Kobina Bonney, popularly known as DKB who has filed a case against her for defamation.

DKB was in charge of donations made to Akuapem when she was sentenced to jail for posing naked in the presence of her child.

According to the comedian’s statement to the police, he complained that Akuapem accused him of money laundering of the sum of GH¢4,000 which was donated by one Mama Alice to be given to her.

He called the Ghanaian actress “ungrateful” and a “defamer”, adding he regrets helping her.

To this, the comedian has accused the actress of defamation, saying that he will bring her down.

He is therefore asking the police to investigate the matter.

He wrote on his social media platform, “You can either be ungrateful or a defamer but you decided to be the two.

“I swear on every sweat, blood and insults I’ve received, the extent to which I went to support you, is the same extent I’ll go to drag you over this. It goes over you. Be careful when helping a Ghanaian,” he said.

However, prior to DKB’s suit against Akuapem, she had claimed one Mama Alice had accused her of not showing appreciation for the money she donated while she was in prison.

To prove her innocence, Akuapem Poloo, in a video, said she has not received any money from DKB and he has also refused to pick her phone calls.
