The Permanent Secretary of Kano State Bureau for Land Management, Dr Zainab Ibrahim Braji, has urged Muslims to use the last remaining days of the Holy Month of Ramadan to perform special supplications to Almighty Allah to bring to an end this security challenges facing the nation.
This was contained in a media statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the agency Murtala Shehu Umar and was made available to the journalist in Kano.
Zainab emphasised the need for prayers especially in these days of the Holy Month of Rahama in which the Majesty night is expected within them, adding that as a good Muslim we all believed in the power of prayer.
She also reminds well-to-do individuals not to relent in assisting vulnerable people, orphans, and other categories of people who are in need of assistance.
She, therefore, called on Muslim ummah to use the period to repent, Almighty Allah welcomes sinners who repent and forgive their shortcomings.
Zainab prayed to Almighty Allah to make us among those who would benefit his endless blessings, may Allah accept our ibadat and good deeds, forgive our shortcomings and bring peace and stability back to our dear Nation, she prayed.
